        玻璃鋼設計時需要注意的事項

        1.安全系數。安全系數是極限強度與允許應力之比。由于玻璃鋼缺乏標準的強度值,而且其實測值分散性較大,在確定安全系數時,需要仔細分析并采取適當的措施。主要考慮以下因素:①負責分析和壓力分析。當準確計算受力狀態時,可以使用較低的安全系數。②采用不同工藝方法制成的玻璃鋼制品應采用不同的安全系數。③溫度高時,應選擇合理安全系數的樹脂熱變形溫度。④如有沖擊負載,疲勞負載時,應適當增加安全系數。⑤對于后固化過程,可以選擇較低的安全系數。⑥如果可能導致人身傷害或關鍵設備,則應適當增加安全系數。一般而言,總安全系數不能低于6,但不要將安全系數過高以免浪費材料。

        2.樹脂類型。要針對所接觸的介質種類和溫度要求,合理的選擇樹脂類型,在無可靠數據時,應采用模擬實驗,以確保所選用樹脂在使用溫度下仍具有要求的耐腐蝕性和強度。

        3. 結構設計,設備的結構設計滿足使用、安裝方便的要求。如有的設備要求內外清洗方便,就要求進出口,接口,噴嘴及支撐處做特別考慮。另外,玻璃鋼的彈性模量較低,應通過合理的結構設計滿足其剛度要求。

        玻璃鋼設備生產制作需要注意的事項

應嚴格按工藝規程進行。尤其是耐腐蝕層的加工,要保證質量,對于部分特殊要求的情況,應有針對性的嚴格控制和管理。如對有食品衛生要求的容器嚴格控制以下部分:(1)與介質接觸部分的樹脂選擇食品級的,符合GB13115標準要求,且有正式的試驗報告,所用固化劑、促進劑、阻聚劑及以上助劑的溶劑也滿足GB13225標準要求(2)在容器加工完畢后,應進行后固化處理。通常為80攝氏度下處理3b以上,或室溫下固化不少于14d;(3)與介質接觸表面應用水蒸氣(溫度為80-120攝氏度)或80攝氏度水沖洗兩次,并在處理完畢后及使用前處于密封狀態。

        玻璃鋼是一種新型材料,它有其自身特點。在安裝、運輸和使用過程中與原來傳統材料制成的設備有所不同,應按照圖紙和生產廠家的安裝、運輸和使用手冊規定及說明進行,以保證產品質量。
